"I can still recall the day that Mr. Koutoulas changed my life. When all efforts of locating me by my sisters in Greece had been exhausted, Mr. Koutoulas was contacted by an associate in Greece to expand the efforts of the search in America. Through many months of perseverance, determination, and devotion to what is obviously 'his calling', I was located. He was very discrete and confidential in his efforts to locate me. I could tell just by talking to him for the first time that he was devoted to helping orphans, such as myself, reunite with their families.

Through him and an associate in Greece, I was able to talk to my sisters and uncle for the first time in 46 years. It has now been about 6 months since my miracle has occurred and I am planning a trip to Greece with my wife and daughters to meet my birth family in May. Mr. Koutoulas still keeps in touch with me. He is striving to make sure that my reunion goes as smooth as possible. Throughout this entire process -even though he has spent a large amount of time and his own money on my case- he has never asked for a dime from me. He is truly one of a kind -- a man of integrity and commitment, who goes far beyond the norm.

I pray that God grants him the support and resources necessary to continue his future endeavors of helping other orphans finally find the completeness and/or closure in their lives."
